Woodland Village

Our proposal is to construct 26 single family age restricted (age 55+) homes on the 9.5 acres that was used by the hospital as staff and overflow parking. Our plans are modeled after the nearby Nell's Pond Village built in the early 2000's. Nell's Pond (located between Emerald Drive and Judge Rd.) has 30 homes built on 10 acres.

This project has been designed to provide a buffer between the new homes at Woodland Village and the existing abutting homes on Woodland Ave., Mary Ellen Drive, Dartmouth St. and Joel Circle. As much of the existing mature trees and woods, along with wetland areas will be left in their natural state. The homes are being designed for ease of entry with single level living. Each home will have a 2 car garage with one step up to the first floor. Homes may be modified for handicap accessibility. An additional bedroom suite and living space will be located on the second floor for owner flexibility and as a guest bedroom. All landscaping and snow removal will be provided by a homeowners association. It is anticipated that with current market conditions,  the houses will be priced starting in the mid to upper $600's .
