About The Developer

David J. Solimine, Jr. is a lifelong Lynn resident who has been developing real estate since 1985. He has built nearly 300 homes in Greater Lynn. The most recent project, completed in 2020, is the Boulderwood Subdivision that David built with his son Michael. Boulderwood is on the Peabody/Lynn line and consists of 115 single family homes along with 8000 linear feet of new roadways. In keeping with a long history of philanthropy, during the Boulderwood Project the Solimine Family made a donation to Citizens Inn for each house sold resulting in a total donation of over $100,000. to benefit families facing homelessness. In 2001, David donated $500,000. for the renovation of the Emergency Department at Union Hospital that was named in honor of his parents. It is only fitting that the Union Hospital redevelopment project has been placed in Solimine Charitable Corp. as a community project. All profits from the project will be used for philanthropy benefiting the Greater Lynn community.
